Feeling Unfit And Unhealthy

I've been out of the running scene for a long time and only made a few cameo appearances once in a blue moon. Partly, I've just started work, partly I'm lazy and also I'm injured. Never a day that I got out of my bed without feeling a little discomfort in walking on my left foot. Had to stretch a little bit before it felt fine. Maybe I should join a yoga class to help my injury eh?

Made a trip back to Kuching and saw a weighing scale in my home. Haven't weigh myself for a long time. Step onto the scale......Wow! I am 5-6kg heavier now!


It must be the  supper, eating Sarawak kolo mee and laksa, that we found nearby to where I stay. Man, I got a long way to make a comeback in running now! My pants are starting to feel tight now too! Overall body mass seem to be normal except for the belly part I think. That's the worst part to be expanding!

I better start getting back into my fitness routine before I'm one of those with "beer belly".

Hehehe... bro, don't go overly obsessed with the weight part ok? But, you being the champ that you are, already knows that. ;) Your goals has always been your running achievements, stick to that and the rest, whether it's fitness or weight will follow and improve as you strive to hit those goals. :)
