Lunch for the Day


This is my lunch for today. 2 pieces of bacon, and egg, 1 potato, 1 carrot and a little leftover from my can tuna.


Very strong wind out there today. Non stop puffing! It was a sunny day this morning and now (as of 2.32pm) the sky is getting gloomy as the clouds gather.

this type of diet won't make you put on weight...but then again...nothing can make you heavier
